Edencraft East Coast Tour
Coastwatch linked up with Edencraft’s Australian East Coast tour at their final destination, Airlie Beach — on a spectacular day in the Whitsundays — to sample their latest release, the impressive 655 Centre Console.
Also on hand was a hardtop version of their legendary 233, based on the world renowned Formula (Thunderbird) 233 hull — a boat significantly enhanced in construction and fit out from its decorated offshore-racing forebear.
Edencraft has assumed a leading place in modern fibreglass trailer-boat building in Australia, and these two models strongly attest to the high standards they have set.
Edencraft owner, Grant Maher, helmed our run to Whitehaven and back, and reported the tour as being a significant success, with a number of boats sold, and great interest and feedback on the performance of their latest offering.
