This is a story produced in June 1994 when the famous boat Mirimar turned 60. Over the years, thousands of people were transported on Mirimar, either on the Brisbane River or across Moreton Bay. Sadly she was taken out of the water and stored at a Brisbane boat yard and has now been scrapped.
