Squidgies S Factor

Coastwatch Product of the week this week, we’re looking at catch scent in particular Squidgey’s S Factor.

Right, so what is this stuff? On your soft plastic lures, they look right, they feel right, they swim right, a lot of them are pre-scented but it does wash off.So we use this sort of stuff.

S Factor is like a soft plastic gel, baked flavour enhancer if it’s a bit of a tongue twister. So basically, it makes lures taste good. And smell good. To fish, not to us. 

I do like this one in particular, there’s a lot on the market. It’s a little bit thicker, 
so when you apply it, rub it on with your fingers, it stays on that much longer. You don’t have to reapply all the time.

What it means is the fish will come back often if you miss it on the first bite, it’ll come back for that second bite.So a tube of this stuff for me, it’s an absolute no brainer if you’re a soft plastic fisherman. We use this stuff all the time, flathead, snapper, bream, you name it, it works on all different fish.

This I’d one product I really recommend you put in your tackle box. If you haven’t got it, go get some.
