From May 1994 this surfer profile on Gold Coast surfer Peter Townend. PT was one of the “Cooly Kids” from the 70’s and 80’s and he Rabbit and MP were the hotties of their time and in 1976 he won the first World Professional Surfing title. PT’s story was far from over when we did this profile and he is still surfing and deeply involved in surfing from his base in the USA
