From June 1994 this surfer profile by Glen Palmer on John Charlton. JC is part of the fabric of Qld surfing history, having ridden his first waves in 1963. In 1995 he became surf reporter/presenter for Brownies Coastwatch, which continued until the show finished in 1999. JC still surfs every day.
