Zenith / Isuzu Gensets: 20KVA-100KVA

All Zenith MARINE DIESEL GEN SETS are built to the specifications required by the end user. The brand and size of the alternator together with the engine build is selected by the end user and supplied and load tested to suit the specific application.

The engine cooling system is supplied FULLY MARINISED or KEEL COOLED with a wet exhaust elbow (high grade stainless steel or marine grade aluminium) or for an “up the stack” dry exhaust. Also available are a large range of engine control panels including gauges or electronic controllers or a combination of both. All assemblies are available with the standard engine wiring harnesses or alternatively with conversion to the ABOVE GROUND POTENTIAL system.

Load sharing systems are available on request. When two or more marine gen set assemblies are required to operate in parallel to satisfy varying load conditions. In this area Zenith staff will work with the site electricians in supplying electronic governors and other equipment to assist in the process.

Prior to supply all marine generators are load tested on a resistive load bank and supplied with a certificate detailing the test results including max output and date / time of the test with technicians’ signature attached.

Note: Build options available with either Stamford, MeccAlte, or LeRoy Somer alternators.

Isuzu Diesel Model 4LE1-NYGV02, 4 cyl., 2179cc, US EPA Interim Tier 4 & EC Stage 2 Certified, indirect

injection, with Isuzu Australia warranty

Stamford AVR Control Alternator, model PI 144E

Engine is available fully marinised, or with water cooled manifold and keel cooling

Fitted and wired with start/stop control panel

Auto shutdown protection for high water temp/low oil pressure

Sump drain facility with manual sump pump fitted

Set up on powder coated frame, with quality resilient mounts

Painted marine white

Unit load tested prior to delivery

Includes spare Genuine Isuzu fuel & oil filters, engine workshop manual, cooling system inhibitor concentrate, and spray can of touch up paint

This engine/alternator combination is capable of producing an output of 20kva three phase at 1500rpm
