Moreton Bay Classic
A huge flotilla of classic cruisers made their way to the “starting line” off Green Island, and leaving at handicaps devised by Bill Wright, streamed across a picture perfect Moreton Bay to Peel Island for a rendezvous on the shore — and the presentation of the “Ron Jenyns Cup”.
This inaugural event was unexpectedly magical, and set the platform for a fabulous tradition that followed.
